Live: Paragraph Connectors

I’d like to improve my English because It make me feel more sure when I travel abroad.
Basically I don’t like people when they aren’t polite
I go to run every morning for one hour , as a result I’ve lost some weight
in my opinion we still should have a social distance , the covid 19 is no over
