I found that very interesting of the way that we can explain slowly our issus with customer service, There’s no point in getting angry! Slowly explaining our problem.

I work in customer service within pharmaceutical industry. As you mentioned, there are several important aspects to consider when dealing with customers, especially the skills needed to manage angry or stressed clients. I’ll be honest that these situations are always challenging for me. I have just completed five years in the company, and although I feel more confident handling these situations, I am still learning every day and working on improving myself.
