Hello Robin! Thank you for this class.
I like italian foods (like pasta with pesto sauce, carbonara pasta to salmon etc…). I like spanich foods (like paella, tortilla) and greek salads or vietnam’s foods.
My little good memories it’s when I was 25 years old when me and my friends have reeding our luky cookie message at the and of the diner in a little chinese restaurant.
I don’t remember to have à bad significant experience at the restaurants.

Hy, I enjoyed the class.. Some very useful suggestions have been given by Robin. I’m Italian so I can’t help to put Italian cuisine at the top!.this is not a sort of chauvinism but I’m convinced that the highlight of Italian cuisine is done by 3 simple rules: good quality ingredients- simple but not obvious recipes and finally the unbelievable variety due to the fact that every regions has got its own specialities.
