Grammar – Future (Will) Interrogative

Future (Will) Interrogative
- We use the SIMPLE FUTURE INTERROGATIVE to ask questions about predictions, promises, offers, and spontaneous decisions. To make the SIMPLE FUTURE INTERROGATIVE, we place WILL or WON’T, then the SUBJECT+VERB+OBJECT.
- Will you help me with my homework?
- Won’t Eric be available?
- Will anyone bring drinks?
We do not use WILL NOT when we ask a NEGATIVE QUESTION. Instead, we use WON’T.
Won’t you tell me your name?
