Improve your listening and writing skills by filling in the blanks of the song lyrics. This week is dedicated to the cosmos and space, so we propose a very well know song called Aquarius, which was composed for the Broadway musical Hair, turned into a film in 1979. The hippy counterculture of the 1960’s and 1970’s is frequently referred to as the Age of Aquarius and this song is about the values of peace and love that the hippies yearned for. The video comes from the film Hair, an oldie rock musical that is still great to watch today if you want understand the hippy peace movement.
