Hi. In minute 9 of the video, you talk about the dog with HE instead of IT, is this correct and why?
Hi Ricardo, I heard that when we refer to a pet or a specific animal that we know, we can say he/she instead of to say it.
for question when we have (HAVE) in the sentence. Example : You have a car. the Common mistake is to say for the question, (Have you a car?) but the correct one is do You have a car. But when the sentence is (You have got a car) the interrogatif form is (Have you got a car). Some times we’re confused
you said it’s refers to “it is”, then when we say “it’s been a pleasure” the “it’s” refers to “it has” doesn’t it?
